What Ring 1 means, and what it does not.
Ring 1 is the measured territory most closely aligned with the category and buyer question associated with an AI recommendation. Metrisque reports how each page or entity sits against that territory at the time of the run.
HOW A READING IS TAKEN
- A buyer question is fixed, in the words a buyer would use.
- ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude are asked that question several times.
- The category and territory the answers describe are recorded, together with the sources named.
- Your page or entity is measured against that territory, and the distance is reported per measurement.
- The whole run is stored with its date so the same reading can be checked later.
LIMITS WE STATE
A reading is dated
Every reading records the run date, the models asked and the question asked. Assistants change, so a reading describes a moment, not a permanent state.
A reading is not a guarantee
Sitting inside Ring 1 does not promise a recommendation. It reports how a page or entity sits against the measured territory at the time of the run.
Each measurement stays separate
Brand Recall, Category Fit, Buyer Match, Competitor's Citations, AI Recommendations and Content are reported on their own. They are never blended into a single score.
