Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
Metrisque is a product of Telesuite ("we", "us"). Telesuite is the controller of personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Metrisque website and application.
1. Who we are
Telesuite, Governors Square, 23 Lime Tree Bay Avenue, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman KY1-1203, Cayman Islands. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@telesuite.io.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data.
- Account information. Your email address, your name or display name, and account timestamps. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive your email address, name and profile image from that provider. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and we never see them in readable form.
- Business and subscription information. The business names and website addresses you add, your plan, subscription status and payment identifiers. We do not store your full card details.
- Content you provide. Text, website addresses, questions and other material you enter or upload, and text we retrieve on your behalf from public web pages, together with the results we return to you.
- Connected accounts. If you connect a third-party store or platform, we store the access credentials for that connection and the contact details it returns.
- Your own provider keys. If you choose to supply your own AI provider keys, we store them encrypted. See section 6.
- Support messages. Messages you send us through in-product support or email.
- Usage and technical information. Pages viewed, actions taken, request logs, approximate device and browser information, and identifiers generated by us to recognise a browser or session.
3. How we use information
- To create and administer your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the service, including processing text you provide or that we retrieve on your behalf, and returning results to you.
- To take payment, manage subscriptions and trials, and prevent abuse of usage limits.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the service, investigate misuse and keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
- To improve the service and understand which features are used.
- To send service and account emails, and marketing emails where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal bases (GDPR and UK GDPR)
- Performance of a contract, to provide the service you have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests, to secure the service, prevent abuse, understand usage and improve the product.
- Consent, for optional marketing communications and any optional analytics that require it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation, for tax, accounting and compliance records.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our instructions, in the following categories.
- AI model providers. We send text you provide or that we retrieve on your behalf to leading AI model providers in order to produce your results. Those providers process that text under their own terms and may retain it for a limited period for abuse monitoring. We do not authorise them to use your content to train their models, but we do not control their internal handling.
- Cloud hosting and database. Hosting, database, authentication and application infrastructure.
- Payment processing. Taking payment, managing subscriptions and handling tax calculation. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our systems.
- Web content retrieval. Fetching text from public web pages you or we identify.
- Search data. Retrieving publicly available search results.
- Email delivery. Sending account, service and marketing emails.
- Others where required. Professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally obliged to disclose, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
We maintain a current list of the specific sub-processors in each category. Enterprise customers can request that list from us, and we provide it under a non-disclosure agreement.
6. Your own provider keys
If you supply your own AI provider keys, we encrypt them with AES-256-GCM before storing them. The plaintext key exists only in memory for the duration of a request made on your behalf. Keys are never written to logs, never shown back to you in full, and never used for anyone else's activity or for our own purposes. You can remove a stored key at any time from your account settings, which deletes the stored ciphertext.
7. Content we retrieve from public web pages
The service retrieves text from publicly accessible web pages, including your own website, pages you identify, and pages that appear in public search results. We store that text so that we can show you the results and the material they are based on. If a page you have asked us to retrieve contains personal data, that personal data may be stored as part of the retrieved text. Contact us at support@telesuite.io if you believe retrieved content should be removed.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or the UK addendum, with our providers.
9. Retention
We keep information for the following periods.
- Account and business information: kept for as long as your account exists. It is not currently deleted automatically after your subscription ends.
- Content you provide and text we retrieve on your behalf, and the results we return: kept for as long as your account exists and not currently deleted automatically.
- Support messages: kept for as long as your account exists and not currently deleted automatically.
- Usage, request and email logs: kept for as long as your account exists and not currently deleted automatically.
- Your own provider keys: kept until you delete them or your account is deleted.
- Payment and subscription records: kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and business records and the content associated with them, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights: to access a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any right, contact us at support@telesuite.io. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period required by law. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows it.
11. Cookies and local storage
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The service uses your browser's local and session storage for the following.
- A sign-in token, so that you stay signed in. Clearing it signs you out.
- A visit identifier and a per-tab session identifier, so that we can count visits and understand how the site is used.
- Interface preferences, such as the business you last selected and panel choices, so that the app opens where you left it.
Our payment and infrastructure providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their hosted pages, such as a checkout page. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings, though signing in will not work without the sign-in token.
12. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored provider keys, and least-privilege database rules. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tell us at support@telesuite.io if you believe your account has been compromised or if you want to report a security issue.
13. Children
The service is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
15. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints: support@telesuite.io, or write to Telesuite at the address in section 1. See also our Terms of Use.
