Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated August 2026

Metrisque is a product of Telesuite ("we", "us"). This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and billing work for Metrisque subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle will appear as the seller on your bank or card statement.

2. Subscriptions

Metrisque is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The price and billing period are shown before you complete checkout and in your confirmation email.

3. Free trial

The Diagnose plan includes a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken automatically. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@telesuite.io.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your plan until that date, and you are not charged again after it. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period that has already been paid for.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund on any payment within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. This applies to first payments and renewal payments alike. To request one, see section 7.

After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or the service being unavailable through a fault on our side — contact us and we will put it right, including refunding the charge in full.

6. Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have statutory rights in relation to digital services, including a 14-day cancellation right. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law. Where your statutory rights give you more than this policy does, your statutory rights apply.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@telesuite.io with the email address on your account and the date of the charge, or contact Paddle directly as the Merchant of Record at paddle.net. No reason is required. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

8. Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Price changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel before it applies.
